Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DAO Content Publisher (the “Service”) handles information when creators use the Service and connect supported third-party platforms.
1. Information we may process
Depending on the features you use, the Service may process:
- content and media you provide or select for preparation and publishing;
- platform-specific content variants, captions, titles, hashtags and metadata;
- basic account information returned by an authorized third-party integration;
- OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, granted scopes and related authorization data;
- publication identifiers, publication status, URLs and technical error information;
- basic operational logs needed to run, secure and troubleshoot the Service.
2. TikTok data
When you connect TikTok, authorization is performed through TikTok's official authorization process. The Service only requests and uses permissions needed for enabled features, such as publishing content that you choose to publish. TikTok permissions may be revoked through TikTok where supported.
3. How information is used
Information is used to provide requested features, prepare content, authenticate connected accounts, send authorized publishing requests, track publication status, prevent duplicate publishing, maintain security and diagnose technical problems.
4. AI-assisted processing
Content may be processed by local or external AI services when AI-assisted preparation or translation is enabled. Only information needed for the requested operation should be sent to an external provider. External providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
5. Sharing
The Service does not sell personal information. Information may be transmitted to a connected social platform or an enabled technical service only as needed to perform an action requested by the user, comply with law, protect security or operate the Service.
6. Storage and retention
Content, authorization information and publication records may be stored for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain publishing history, prevent duplicate actions and troubleshoot errors. Information may be deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable legal or operational requirements.
7. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect stored information. Authentication secrets and tokens should not be exposed publicly or embedded in client-side website code.
8. Your choices
You may stop using the Service, disconnect supported platform accounts and revoke third-party permissions. You may also request deletion of information associated with your use of the Service by contacting rogero84555@gmail.com.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
10. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated as the Service, integrations or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.
