Terms of Service

Last updated: August 18, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of DAO Content Publisher (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Service

The Service provides tools for preparing, organizing and publishing creator-owned content to supported social media platforms. Features may include content formatting, translation, metadata preparation, account connections and publishing workflows.

2. Account authorization

Some features require you to connect a third-party platform account. When you authorize such a connection, the Service may receive access tokens and the permissions you approve. You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to connect and use the account.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit or connect to the Service. You grant the Service a limited permission to process, format, store and transmit that content only as needed to provide the features you request.

You must not use the Service to publish content that infringes intellectual-property rights, violates applicable law, impersonates others, contains malicious code, or violates the rules of the destination platform.

4. Third-party platforms

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as TikTok. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms, policies and developer rules. Availability of an integration may change if a third-party platform changes or restricts its API.

5. Automated and AI-assisted processing

The Service may use automated or AI-assisted tools to prepare captions, translations, metadata or platform-specific versions. Users remain responsible for reviewing content and deciding what should be published where review or confirmation is offered.

6. Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect authentication credentials and connected-account data. You must keep your own credentials secure and promptly revoke access if you believe an account connection has been compromised.

7. Availability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be modified, suspended or discontinued, including when required by changes to third-party APIs or platform policies.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, audience reach, monetization, engagement or successful publication on any third-party platform.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of the Service will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, third-party platform actions, publication failures, account restrictions or loss of audience or revenue.

10. Termination and revocation

You may stop using the Service and revoke connected-platform permissions at any time through the relevant platform where supported. Access may also be suspended for misuse, security risks or violations of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when the Service, integrations or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date will be revised when material changes are made.
